Hi ,

It looks like the anonymous DNN user Cart Viper creates has been deleted, if you go to admin -> users is there a user with a username similar to "ANONCARTVIPERUSERACCOUNT_0" ? If not it has been deleted and will need to be manually restored into the database table "UserPortals"

Thanks
Nigel.

Hi Nigel,

I checked under users. There is not such user similar to "ANONCARTVIPERUSERACCOUNT_0".

There is no user in deleted user also.

Should I create a new user now ? if yes, then what should be the column values in Userportals table ?

Thanks,

Navneet

Hi,

The user will still be in the table "users" in your database , as its been deleted you can't see it anymore from admin -> users. You need to lookup the userID of this user and the portalID and then use this information to manually insert a row into "userPortals" table , if your not familiar with writing sql statements email me a host username / password along with the url of your store I will look at doing this for you. nigel@cartviper.com

Regards
