Hi,

I am running some test before show the shop owner how to use his website .

I have checked the " Use PayPal Sandbox:" option.

I made an order and neither the customer or the store receive email from the order. I receive email from the system when I subsribe the newsletter or if I register to the website.

I even receive email when I changed the status of the order

The only thing I noticed, but I don't know if it important, it is this after I clicked "SHOW AUDIT TRAIL" :

4/17/2014 6:33:00 AM CV_STORE_ORDER_LOGGING result of IPN check Invalid

On the admin store > order if I search order from his ID, the system found it but if I search by date, nothing appears,

Please help.

Regards.

Antoine.

Hi Antoine

Only when we validate the IPN do we complete the order and send the emails.

So the issue is you are getting an IPN response we the system things is invalid. The number one issue is that people put their paypal password into the SecureID field on the payments setting page in Cart Viper.
The secureID field is an optional field to complete, so make this blank for now and attempt to purchase something again to see if that is the issue.

The secureID value looks like a hex value just to give you a hint. You can find it in your paypal account if you want to use it.

Regards

Mark

I have forgotten I need to accept the paiment as the seller to have the process completed.

It's why the order was created on the store, but it stayed with "processing" status so no email were sent. Finally it's works.

Regards.

Antoine.
