Hi,

Is there a way to modify the order PDF template specifically the sizing on image? When I am testing an image it seems to resize it and I cant get it to sit properly on the printed page?

Is there also a way to modify the content of the order export function to add additional fields from order data?

Thanks in advance.
Greg

Hi Greg,

Looking at the order PDF we do not resize the logo, we get it and output it on the pdf. That being said if you supply the logo you are using I will add it to a demo site and have a look at how it is rendering?

We would need to make a code change to add in additional fields to the order export, if you let us know which fields you would require we could quote to add these?

Regards

Hi Nigel,

Image is here http://www.whiterabbitsboutique.com/Portals/0/Images/WRlogo.jpg

Client is asking to have shop address and a message about returns policy on the order PDF is this something I can do or would I need to get a quote on that?

I will wait on client coming back to me about additional fields for order export and get back to you.

Thanks
Greg

Hi Greg,

As your image is quite large and we don't resize it, its taking up a large amount of space at the top. What I suggest is using the "header text" and "footer text" settings to output your shop address and returns policy, then resize your image so it is much smaller according to how much text is in the header. At a guess around 100px in height, but I would suggest trying different sizes based on how much text you have in the header.

Regards
Nigel.

Hi Nigel,

I have resized image to 100px and added header and footer text but its still pixilated and being cut off in the order PDF.

I have uploaded the PDF for you to view at below link:-

Can you check this out and let me know if we can fix it?

Greg
