We just recently purchased and installed v3.0.1k, but I noticed that v3.0.1n has is available for download from the "demo" area.

Can we download this version, install it, and then use our key to run the latest version?

Also, is there a page to show the differences between the different revisions?  E.g. differences between 'k' and 'n'.

Yes you can download and install that version, as the version numbering is the same you will need to select "repair install" when prompted by DNN.

When we release a version with a letter after it, this is an out of band release that contains a minor bug fix. So there will only be minor differences between K and N as if it was a major bug fix we would increment the version number, you can view the version history at the below link:
