Hi Nigel,

The "digital download locker" page in our cart viper(Production site) is not displaying for digital downloads.
After purchase we are getting details correctly from Authorize.net and( this is from API and our custom windows service) but the problem here is in the Database we found here in CVStore_Orders this table the OrderStatusID is 5 instead of 7. We don't know how this is being changing for digital downloads. Getting issue from our site users. Please let me know what we are wrong and how to resolve this issue. waiting for your reply. Thanks a lot.

Thanks,
Giridhar.V

Hi,

The order status of 5 indicates that the item has been "dispatched", unless the status is 7 = "paid" the item wont appear in the digital download locker. If you change the order status to paid they should appear for these users.
Is a member of your sales team updating the order status to reflect "dispatched", you mention a custom windows service - are you making calls to the database to update the order status?

Thanks
Nigel.

Hi,

The windows service we developed is for generating an OrderXML with authorize.net Transaction ID in the XML.
We are not updating the status id but what we came to know is it is initially status id 1, after purchase is done it is becoming as 7 and then it is going to shipping so that its status is becoming as 5.
Now we have fixed this with a trigger on Order table if that is digital download and purchased( ispurchased=1 and orderstatusid=5 ) also status is 5  then we are changing its status again back to 7 only.

Thanks,
Giridhar
