My clients are continuing to get this error for the past week.  The error comes up, the order is declined the approved within the same transaction.  The customer then tries to submit a new order because they think it is not approved.  What is the issue?

Mark,

I am not sure how I missed this response.  I upgraded to the latest 3.7.8 revision after I posted.  I sent you an email with the info.  Now my order numbers do not match what is sent in the order AUDIT to Authorize.Net and it is really screwing things up.  I just emailed you the URL and the login info.

Thanks very much for your help.

I sent an email with the info.  I am using the latest version of CV.  Now the issue is intermittent, but to add a problem, the order numbers that are sent to the customers and me do not match what is being sent to Authorize.Net and that is causing further headache.
