How do you change the Category Sort Order contents in the [SEARCHSORTOPTIONS] the moment it returns Model Name A-Z, Model Name Z-A etc not all these are relevant to the cart we are building.

Have even tried to remove [SEARCHSORTOPTIONS] altogether from the template but it still appears.

Hi Eddie,

At the moment we do not have a setting that defines the options you can sort by, I will add it to our road map for a future release.

You can remove the sort options all together, you need to remove the below token from "categorycontainer.htm":
"[CATEGORYSORTOPTIONS]"

The below token from "SearchResultsList.htm":
"[SEARCHSORTOPTIONS]"

If you have removed the above tokens and the sort is still appearing have you checked you are editing the templates in the correct location?

If you are not using portal templates as defined in the store admin settings, the templates will be located in:
desktopmodule/cartviper/templates

If you are using portal templates they will be located in:
portals/PORTALID/cvstore/templates
