We recently upgraded DNN to 7.3.4 from DNN 7.1, since then I cannot edit the product in Store Admin. I can Add product and Edit Category but when I List Product and click on the drop down Actions button to edit, I get returned to the Store Admin screen.
I have sent email to Mark on this with  screen shots, last week. I have also purchased a support plan but I cannot find a UI to ask support questions, so I am using the Free Forum.....hoping for a quick response.

Hi,

Can you download and install the latest version:

http://www.cartviper.com/free-trial

When DNN releases new versions it generally breaks our product edit page, so the latest version of Cart Viper contains all known fixes to work with DNN up to and including 08.00.03.

Same problem here. Unfortunately we can't upgrade at the moment.

Is there a workaround or quick fix?

Hi Williem

Can you tell me what version of CV you running? What is the current version of DNN you have installed? So have you recently upgraded DNN?

Are you unable to edit a product? Does everything else work as expected?

Regards

Mark

This is now fixed with a patch given to the client.

Anyone else with an older version of Cart Viper having this issue please note we have a fix which allows the product edit to work as normal.
