Hello!!

I installed cart viper extension and set it up. It working fine. Now I want to change image sizes. On store admin, I need to go review the Store Settings again but I am unable to find them.

Can you please point me in right direction?

Hi

To change the product image size you just need to do to the store admin page. Select store info. Then expand the general settings and the image size options are the top of this item.

Hi

Looks like you can't write to a config file when you click the update button. Can you check that you have the file sitemap.config in this folder

/desktopmodules/cartviper/sitemap/sitemap.config

Just use an FTP client to check that the file exists.

If the file does exist then check to see you have full control on the /cartviper/ for the account which the IIS app pool is running under.

Regards

Mark

Hi

Can you download the latest release of Cart Viper 3.5.4 I think that should resolve the issue for you.

Let me know if you are still having issues. I think the sitemap.config wasn't getting packaged in the previous release.

Regards

Mark
