Hi,

The drop down tab for each order on the Order History page is not functioning. I am not able to access any of the Order Details, etc.

I have tried to access from 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) and always get the same inaction. (I am using DNN 7.3.2, and CV 3.3)

Hope there's a quick fix!
Thanks,
PatJ

Hi Pat

This will be a JS error. This functionality was recently updated to use AngularJS and Bootstrap to create a modern ajax.

The issue is trying to get this to work with DNN and all the previous version and possible skins out there. I would guess you don't have the Bootstrap JS files loading and hence why they drop down buttons don't work.

If you follow Nigel's post and just send over the details of your site we can confirm the issue and provide you with a resolution.

Regards

Mark

Hi Pat,

The issue is your skin is based on Twitter Bootstrap version 2.2.2 , Cart Viper is however built around version 3.0.0. We are using different versions of the "dropdown-menu" class so its not working as expected, what I suggest is ultimately upgrading your skin to version 3.0 so you can take advantage of Cart Vipers responsive templates.

In the mean time I would suggest going to store admin -> store info and selecting using "original templates" so you dont have conflicts such as the above. I also imagine you will have others throughout your store.

Regards
Nigel.
