I have a digital download product. A purchaser has just contacted me thinking it was going to be shipped and not downloaded. I'lve copied the confirmation email he received below. I have filled out the "Message In Order Confirmation Email" field on the project with instructions on how to download, but this does not appear to be included in the email the customer received.
I have had a few people contact me with problems not knowing what to do to download the file. Given the lasted case, I would like to fix this. Any suggestions on what I should be doing, would be great.
