To install Cart Viper login to your portal as a “super account user” and navigate to:

Host - > Modules Definitions - > Install module >< i've got DNN v6.2.2 installed. There is no "Modules Definitions" under Host or Admin. I see no way to navigate to the zip file I d/led and have waiting. Can you please advise ASAP. I have a deadline to meet to get this up and tested.

Hi

In later version of DNN the menu option is called Host > Extensions.

You can install the module using that page.

how so? there doesn't seem to be an option to search directories on the local machine. And I would have to purchase Cartviper to d/l it from the DNN store or Codeplex. I think the original post explained the problem. Where is the search dialog that allows me to locate the zip file and bring it into available modules?

I thought I posted a reply, but I don't see it here. so I'll try again. There does not appear to be any dialog within the extensions module that allows a seach of local machine directories to locate and install the zip file. If there is and I am unusually obtuse, could you take pity and give exact instructions on where that is.

Hi,

On the extensions menu place the mouse over the "manage" label at the top a menu should appear and from there you can select "install extension wizard" then you should be able to upload the cart viper .zip file and install.

I have attached the below screen shot for reference:
