Hi,

I'm evaluatingthe trial version of CartViper.  When I try to add an image to a product I get the error below as soon as the screen for adding images is rendered.  Any idea of what is wrong?

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Hi

I'm not sure what the issue is since normally this just works. So you are in the product edit page and are trying to upload an image for the product when you get this error?

Would it be possible to send me a host account and a the url of the site to mark@cartviper.com and I'll confirm hat is happening and advise.

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark,

I'm viewing the product on the product page and get the same error whenever I click on any of the

  • Images
  • Downloads
  • Product Tabs
  • Product Accordian
  • Product Data Sheet

Each of these tabs ha the same identical errors.

I'm working on a local developemnt computer so I cannot send you an url.  My local dev box has host entries mapping my domain to local host, do you think the issue could be related to that?

Also can you confirm that you do NOT have any pages named Dashboard in your cart?

Thanks for your help!

Hey Mark,

Here's some more information.

1) I had to manually add the virtual directory for /desktopmodules/cartviper to IIS when I tried to use the quickinstall (which had a problem creating the StoreAdmin page) It's addes as a vitural directory (not an application like my own custom modules)

2) Here's output of fiddler showing some 404 around the tabs in question:

POST http://www.stackfish.com/DesktopModul...

I've installed CartViper on my hosted dev instance and all has went well.  I'm liking what I'm seeing but now I'll have a bunch of newbie questions:)
