Hi,

Can you send me an admin username / password along with the url of the site so I can take a look?  nigel@cartviper.com

Also are you trying to export products, categories or facets to produce this error?

Thanks
Nigel.

Hi,

That's the correct error message, but the line that is causing the issue is the method that writes the data to the xml file, so does not give me much to go on. Ideally I want to look at the product data you have so I can see which item is causing the issue. Can you backup the site and database and email me the links to download?

Thanks
