&lt;p&gt;The error also occures when all address fields are set correctly and use invoice addres as shipped address is selected.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This work for years but suddenly we have this error&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We do not currently support that shipping logic, what I would suggest is charging by subtotal. That way you can charge a fixed fee for a subtotal up to a set amount, then free shipping once it is greater than that value.&lt;/p&gt;

We don't have anything in built to search categories so you would need to write the search part yourself but the below would get you all the active categories.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

CategoryController catController = new CategoryController();&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;var categories = catController.GetCategories(PortalId, false, -3, true, StoreLanguage.LocaleToDisplayInStoreUI(this.PortalId));&lt;br /&gt;

What about just using jQuery when the page loads to remove the county field is the address1 field is also empty. That way customers with previous orders will get their last order but any one new will get a blank field set to complete?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Should be easy to implement and patch the issue for now until we add this feature to the code base?&lt;br /&gt;
