You're correct, we only assign an "order number" once the order has been confirmed from the payment gateway, up until that point we reference it using the "order ID" which is an internal value. We take your point and have added to our road map the ability to list the internal order ID in addition to the "order number" when viewing orders as an admin and add in the ability to search by the order Id.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the mean time if you go to store admin -&amp;gt; store info -&amp;gt; general settings and select "enable none consecutive order numbers" that will mean the "order ID" and "order Number" will be the same value so you will be able to cross reference your orders without issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

Cart Viper does support creating a custom interface that would be used to import products. We have created these in the past for other customers that have had other specific requirements. So that would be a possibility.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As you can see we need to be able to find just a single product from a model number in order to be able to update the item during the import.&lt;br /&gt;
In the back office we do not enforce any model number check, this is to allow maximum flexibility for customers that are not operating with unique values.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Changing the import routine to a composite identifier for a product isn't something we are going to implement into the core. This would be too confusing for existing customers and there isn't any demand from other users.&lt;br /&gt;
The best solution is to create a custom import routine that is tailored to your requirements. This would still allow you to upgrade to future versions of the CV but give you the customisation you need.&lt;br /&gt;

That's a feature we are unlikely to add to be honest as we have made the conscious decision to not store any part of the credit card number inside of Cart Viper. The majority of our payment gateways involve redirecting the user to the merchants website in order to enter their card number, so we would never even have access to this information even if we wished to store it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When we do send a transaction to a payment gateway we should send at least the Cart Viper order ID, which would be available in the confirmation emails and the order list to allow you to cross reference and find your orders this way. Can you confirm which payment gateway you're using so I can confirm what information we are actually sending to them?&lt;br /&gt;

Our current recurring event logic could handle patterns such as "every 3rd Wednesday" but could not handle the "not in May" part. As your recurring date pattern has quite a lot of human determined logic, what I would suggest is we add a new option in the existing "recurring interval" setting named "manually entered dates". Here you could enter all the dates that would like the event to recur on, that way you only have a single event in the admin to update and it would allow you to add / remove dates as per your needs.&lt;br /&gt;
